Spare parts can be purchased directly from the Rawrr website or through authorized dealers. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can I ride Rawrr electric dirt bike on public roads?
Rawrr Mantis All-Terrain Bikes are not designed and are not legal to be ridden on the road. They are only created for off-road activities. Following local laws and regulations when riding Rawrr Mantis is recommended.
Do Rawrr electric dirrst bikes come with a warranty?
Rawrr Inc. offers a 30-day warranty on workmanship defects and operational issues for the unit.

How do I maintain and care for my Rawrr electric dirt bike?
Regular maintenance includes checking tire pressure, charging the battery, cleaning the bike after rides (especially after muddy or wet conditions), and inspecting components like the chain, brake pads, and spokes. Follow the Owners manual maintenance schedule for best results.
Can I ride my Rawrr electric dirt bike in all weather conditions?
The Rawrr Mantis All-Terrain Bikes have an IP55 waterproof rating, which means it offers limited protection against dust and can withstand low-pressure water jets from any direction. This makes it safe to ride in passing through puddles and in moderate off-road water crossings. However, riding in heave rain or full submersion in water is not recommended, as it may damage electrical components. Avoid using high-pressure washers, as they can force water into sensitive areas. If cleaning with a pressure washer, we strongly recommend removing the battery first to prevent potential damage.
Can I use Rawrr on multiple devices?

POLICIES
Shipping Policy
Rawrr vehicles are pre-assembled and shipped as partially assembled units. For this reason, all units are shipped via LTL (partial load). Some deliveries require an appointment. Please ensure you have provided the correct email address and phone number so our carrier can arrange your delivery. Rawrr Inc. is happy to provide lift and other special delivery services at your expense. Please inform us at the time of purchase if you require these.
- Sometimes, we at LTL are unable to deliver to all locations. If this is the case, we will contact you and ask for an alternative address to which the device can be delivered.
- After your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation email, the order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on the date you originally placed your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your delivery.
- A dispatch notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse. Your delivery will require a signature upon delivery.
Any shipping damage must be noted to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
- All claims must be placed directly through the carrier that delivered your unit.
- Surf Ski Ride Limited is not responsible for shipping damages incurred while the unit was in transit.
- Surf Ski Ride is not responsible for filing any claims for damage on a delivered unit.
Refund Policy
Order cancellations are allowed only before the item is shipped OR if we are unable to fulfill your order. An item is considered shipped if there is a tracking number, even if the tracking number has not yet been updated by the carrier. If the shipment is refused upon delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
We understand that sometimes a part or accessory may not be what you expected, or not actually be what is needed. Should this occur, the following policies apply.
- Once you have received a shipping notification, your order cannot be canceled, and you must request a return and a return authorization form.
- You may request a return within 30-days of the original order date. The item must be in the original packaging, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, undamaged, and in new, re-sellable condition. This is the only way a product return will be accepted and processed.
- Once you have contacted our customer service or return warranty department, if returnable, they will issue you a return authorization number so that we can track your return and associate it with your account.
- When shipping your product or parts back to Surf Ski Ride, you must include a copy of this return authorization form (R/A) in the shipping box or bag.
- Once the product has been returned to us, inspected by our team, and is accepted as complete (including the original product box, with the unit in its original packing materials), then we will refund your purchase price, less original shipping and handling fees. We do not refund any shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for any canceled or returned orders, except for wrong items or faulty products.

Warranty Exclusions:
Surf Ski Ride Limited. excludes normal wear components (such as brake components, seals, bearings, chains, and suspension components, tires, rims, grips, handlebars, as well as exclusions for misuse of product, or failure caused by damages due to accident, collisions, or general neglect. Misuse may include altering any factory wiring or installing any non-genuine Rawrr parts, as well as any racing or competition use. Any misuse in charging, discharging, or improperly storing the unit will also void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are non-transferable, and you must have an original receipt (proof of purchase) from Surf Ski Ride Limited.
